Location: Roseville, MN
Hours: 12–15 hours per week
Pay: $20 per hour, based on experience

Position Summary

Zion Care Services LLC is looking for a dependable and organized Part-Time Office Manager to help manage the daily administrative needs of our office. The ideal candidate should have good organizational and communication skills and work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage general day-to-day office activities.
  • Maintain employee and administrative files.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and personnel documentation.
  • Track staff training and other required deadlines.
  • Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and recordkeeping.
  • Help organize documents for DHS and other compliance requirements.
  • Assist with recruitment and employee communications.
  • Provide general administrative support to management.

Qualifications

  • Previous office or administrative experience.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and other basic office applications.
  • Able to work independently and follow through on assignments.
  • Healthcare, human services, HR, or compliance experience is a plus.
